When will my bows ship?

Turn around time for orders is about 10 business days. Business days includes Monday-Friday. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking info through USPS. Shipping time is subject to change during the holiday season.

Are the nylons one size fits all?

Yes! The nylon we use is very stretchy and will grow with your little one from newborn to adult.

Will the nylon leave indents on my baby's head?

We use the softest, highest quality nylon we can get our hands on. It will fit comfortably on your baby's head without being too tight to leave red indents, nor too loose to where it slips off. Although it is important to remember baby's heads are very soft and squishy and almost anything will leave little marks, just the way socks do. It does not mean that it is harmful to your child.

Can I convert my nylon bows to clips?

Converting bows is easy! Simply snip the nylon with scissors and pull out from the back. Slip your choice of clip through the back of the bow. If the knot is tied really tight, a pair of tweezers come in handy to loosen the back enough to get the clip in.

Do you accept returns/exchanges? 

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to our product being hair accessories. If your product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days and we will replace it. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us right away and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
